This specialized system targets safety on the streets for experienced Martial Artists as well as people with no prior knowledge.

Kevin is a senior self-protection Instructor with Geoff Thompson's & Peter Consterdine's BRITISH COMBAT ASSOCIATION. Self Protection is not just about the physical aspects of conflict it's about Awareness, Evaluation and Avoidance before fighting back.

Some of the topics trained are confrontation, de-escalation, fear control, adrenaline switches, 'the fence', action triggers, pre-emptive strikes, multiple opponents, weapons, line ups, aggression therapy, the ABC system, Flinch Reflex and Gross Motor Skills.
